BforBroady acquires a new design studio space in Sandgate, Kent, establishing a permanent base for the studio’s next stage of growth.

BforBroady has acquired a new design studio space in Sandgate, Kent, marking a significant milestone in the growth of the independent creative studio.
Founded by Creative Director Josh Broady, BforBroady brings together brand, strategy, content and digital under one studio model. After more than a decade working across London, Sydney and Bali, Broady is relocating his practice to the Kent coast, bringing his team, clients and international experience with him.
The newly acquired Sandgate premises is currently undergoing a full interior refurbishment. Once complete, the space will serve as the studio’s permanent base, designed to support focused creative work, collaboration and long term partnerships. The refurbishment reflects BforBroady’s belief that environment plays a critical role in how ideas are developed and delivered.
““We’re creating a space that supports how we want to work"”
Josh Broady brings over 14 years of experience working with leading studios and brands across hospitality, lifestyle, property and product. The move to Sandgate represents a deliberate shift away from the traditional city based agency model, favouring a more considered approach that balances ambition with sustainability.
“After years of working internationally, acquiring a studio in Sandgate feels like a natural next step,” says Broady. “We’re creating a space that supports how we want to work, brings our team together and allows us to build deeper relationships with clients.”
The studio is expected to open later this year and will act as a creative hub for BforBroady’s growing client roster across the UK and internationally, while contributing to the wider creative energy of the Kent coastline.
